The first time I had the privilege of photographing Lynn Gunn and PVRIS was in 2014 on Warped Tour (
pics here) at Darien Lake. They played the smallest stage on tour, the Ernie Ball stage at like 1 in the afternoon in front of maybe 100 people. I remember thinking to myself -remember this band- even though I wasn't sure how to say the band name. (It's 'paris' BTW) Lynn's vocal talent was apparent from the first verse of the first song.
When I heard they were touring with Fall Out Boy I was excited for the opportunity to see and photograph them again. With the release of their album White Noise the name PVRIS began to spread like wildfire.
I wasn't surprised to see a huge following and a very thrilled crowd at the sold out Oncenter in Syracuse when Lynn, Alex, Brian and Justin took the stage.
The lighting for PVRIS was perfectly fitting to their style and a treat for me as a photographer.
